For Downloadable Ebooks & Digital Content
GrowfyBook sells 100% digital products (Ebooks). No physical items will be shipped to you. Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
1. General Refund Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once they are sent to you. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you mistakenly thought you were buying a physical hardcover book.
By purchasing from GrowfyBook, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital file (PDF/EPUB) delivered instantly via email or download link.
2. When Do We Offer Refunds?
We stand behind the quality of our files. We WILL issue a full refund in the following technical cases:
- Corrupted File: The file you downloaded is damaged, blank, or refuses to open, and our support team is unable to fix it for you.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
- Wrong File Delivered: You purchased "Book A" but received the download link for "Book B".
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- You thought this was a physical book (we state clearly it is digital).
- You downloaded the book but decided you don't like the topic.
- You failed to download the book within the link expiry time (contact us, and we will simply resend the link!).
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
